Therapy Services

My office is located in the West Highlands neighborhood in NW Denver. After meeting in person for the initial session, I offer telehealth options of video or phone sessions in addition to office visits which can be chosen when scheduling online. I do not accept insurance at this time, however you can purchase sessions or packages with your Flex or HSA account.

Therapy Packages

Therapy packages are available for purchase upon completing the initial therapy session. Commitment to the process and consistent attendance creates a safe container and an environment that makes deep transformation possible. Based on this philosophy, the packages are designed for clients who will be attending therapy weekly.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

​EMDR is an evidence based method of treatment that is specifically designed to address trauma. When someone has experienced an upsetting event it can get frozen in their nervous system, or locked in place with the original picture, thoughts, feelings or body sensations. Those emotions can inadvertently get triggered when the individual experiences something that reminds their body of the original event. By using specific methods unique to EMDR Therapy, we are able to unlock those memories/emotions trapped in the nervous system and allow the mind/body to process the past experience.  As a therapist, I facilitate the process, but it is actually your own brain/body that does the healing.
*Please note that unless you are referred by another clinician, I require clients to participate in individual therapy prior to starting EMDR Therapy.
