​This is a 4 week group that will explore mindsets, belief patterns, and programs of success/failure and how these affect your ability to co-create the life you desire.  The total investment for the 4 week class is $400. I want to keep the group small so enrollment will be limited to 8 participants. You only have to choose the first available date which will reserve your spot for the duration of the group.

Authentic Boundaries Workshop

This workshop explores underlying belief systems that interfere with the ability to recognize, set, and honor all types of boundaries, including physical, emotional, and energetic. I will facilitate energetic clearings to release patterns and enable you to make conscious choices rather than automatic conditioned responses.
