Experience
I have provided individual, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitals to outpatient clinics. My early clinical career was focused on treating children and adolescents, however I primarily work with adults in my private practice. I help clients navigate transitions, address unprocessed trauma, recognize cognitive distortions, identify and release limiting beliefs. My intuitive skills enhance my ability to facilitate the processing of emotions, identifying and clearing patterns and programs that are out of alignment with clients goals and desires.
