Change is hard. Even events that we have planned for can throw us off a bit. A new job, a new baby, the kids going to school, moving to a new house, getting married, getting divorced - all these situations present new experiences which may feel overwhelming. Change does not have to be tied to a specific event, it can be a feeling, or yearning for something more. Routines which feel safe and stabilizing one day, can become restrictive and stifling. Or it might just be that small voice that you've been afraid to acknowledge which says...something's missing. We spend most of our time taking care of everyone else. When we finally stop the whirlwind of activity and allow ourselves to stop thinking and start feeling, it can be a daunting task sorting out those feelings.
That's where I come in. I can help you explore what you want and how to get there. A transition is simply movement through space. We have the ability to choose how we interpret that experience and whether we will allow someone to help guide us. I can help bridge the space from stuck to free; anxiety to peace; resentment to release; control to trust; and stagnation to movement.
