Authentic Boundaries Group
Wednesdays Aug 5-26, 2026 6pm-7:30pm 

This 4 week group explores underlying belief systems that interfere with the ability to recognize, set, and honor all types of boundaries, including physical, emotional, and energetic. I will facilitate energetic clearings to release patterns and enable you to make conscious choices rather than automatic conditioned responses.

​This is a 4 week group that will explore mindsets, belief patterns, and programs of success/failure and how these affect your ability to co-create the life you desire.  The total investment for the 4 week class is $400. I want to keep the group small so enrollment will be limited to 8 participants. You only have to choose the first available date which will reserve your spot for the duration of the group.
